Print the calendar and plan out what you’ll be doing over the next few months.
❗Remember to book time in for yourself to fill your own bucket.
2️⃣ Sit down with the family and write a “Holiday Bucket List”. Write down what
everyone wants to do and see what you can pencil in!
3️⃣ Get clear on the rules – this is a game changer.
Rules are often overlooked in parenting, even though they’re are fundamental
part of the process!
Once your children have a clear set of rules, it’s much easier to manage their
emotions and behaviour.
